The vertical double-case suspended bobbin centrifugal pump fully complies with the API 610 11th edition "Centrifugal Pumps for the Petroleum, Heavy Chemical and Natural Gas Industries" standard. This series of pumps is vertically suspended, multi-stage, radially split structure, which is designed to meet the requirements of industrial process, chemical industry, petrochemical, petroleum processing, oil and gas and petroleum refining, and is also widely used in cryogenic engineering.

Structural features

1. Housing and support tube

◆ VTMC pump is a double-case, vertical multi-stage radial split structure. The housing is subjected to inlet pressure, the length of the housing and the depth of the pump installation depend on the NPSH requirements of the unit, and the pump can also be used as a multistage submersible and tank pump as well as a multistage pipeline pump.

◆ When used as a multistage submersible pump, the pump can be installed in the media pool, and there is no need to install the shell at this time. When used as a tank pump, it can be mounted on a vessel, which can be used as a casing for the pump.

◆ When used as a multistage pipeline pump, the horizontal entry and exit of the standard structure can be adopted, or the suction flange can be directly installed at the lower part of the pump to connect with the pipeline by removing the shell.

◆ The structure of the support pipe adapts to the requirements of the medium conveyed by the pump. Between the two support pipes, an intermediate guide bearing is installed, and the span between the guide bearings meets the requirements of the API610 standard to ensure that the allowable continuous speed is lower than the first critical speed, and the rigid shaft is designed to ensure the smooth operation of the pump and the vibration is small to the greatest extent.

2. Impeller and guide vane

◆ The first stage impeller is generally a suction impeller, which can improve the cavitation performance of the pump. Each specification has several sets of impellers and guide vanes, which are suitable for different operating requirements, with stable performance, high efficiency and low NPSHr value.

3. Sealing system

◆ API682 cartridge mechanical seal design, configurable single end, "tandem" double-acting mechanical seal and "parallel" double-acting mechanical seal. Throttle bushing assemblies can be used to reduce the pressure in the mechanical seal chamber. And according to the different conveying medium, it is equipped with different flushing and cooling systems.

4. Bearing body and lubrication

◆ Paired angular contact ball bearings are used to bear the residual axial force and rotor weight.

◆ The large oil storage chamber of the bearing box is equipped with an independent internal circulation automatic lubrication system, which can not only effectively lubricate the bearing, but also make the bearing oil temperature uniform, and ensure the long-life operation of the bearing.

◆ When the temperature of the conveying medium is high, the cooling device can be used to reduce the temperature of the oil chamber.

◆ Large capacity design of oil chamber and large oil storage capacity.

◆ The constant oil cup compensates the lubricating oil online, and the oil level gauge detects the oil level in real time.

◆ The bearing parts can be disassembled and assembled as a whole, which is easy to maintain.

5. Balance device

◆ Balance drum device is used to balance the axial force

◆ Through the connection between the pipe and the rear end of the balance drum, the pressure of the mechanical seal cavity can be reduced.
